Deposits for certain services are non-refundable.
Cancellations require 24–48 hours notice depending on the service.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.
Packages & Memberships:
– Non-transferable.
– Refunds only at the discretion of the medical director.
– Membership fees auto-renew unless canceled in writing.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. IMSF does not take insurance. Superbills are not guaranteed to be reimbursed.

Users must keep login information private and notify IMSF of any security concerns.
